Return and Exchange Policy

Chic Wardrobe family wishes you a pleasant shopping experience. It is very important for us that the products you purchase fit you perfectly and make you happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the products you purchased, you can easily request a return or exchange within the legal period.

1. How Long is the Return and Exchange Period?

  • The legal right of withdrawal for your purchases is 14 days from the date the product is delivered to you.

  • Return and exchange requests exceeding 14 days from the delivery date unfortunately cannot be processed.

2. What are the Conditions for Returns and Exchanges?

The products you wish to return or exchange must meet the following conditions:

  • Products must be unused, unwashed, unperfumed, and must not have lost their resalable condition.

  • Product tags must not be removed, and packaging must not be damaged.

  • Returns of products with makeup stains, deformation, or damage will not be accepted.

3. Who Pays the Shipping Fee?

  • For Defective/Incorrect Product Shipments: If there is an error, damage, or incorrect product shipment due to us in your order, the shipping fee is entirely borne by our company.

  • For Discretionary Returns and Exchanges: In cases such as size incompatibility, change of mind, or model change, the shipping cost is borne by the customer.

4. How Does the Return Process Work?

  1. Include a short note stating your order number and reason for return in your package along with the product you wish to return.

  2. After securely packaging the product, contact us via our Contact page or email address to request our contracted shipping code.

  3. Once the product reaches us and is inspected, it will be approved within 3 business days, and your refund will be notified to your bank. The time it takes for the refund to reflect on your card may vary between 2-10 business days depending on your bank.
